Jeff Goldblum Swings Into Phoenix: The Night Blooms World Tour Hits the MIM Music Theater on Oct. 17

Phoenix is in for a night of pure Hollywood sparkle and finger-snapping jazz: Jeff Goldblum is bringing his Mildred Snitzer Orchestra to the MIM Music Theater on Saturday, October 17, 2026 — and not just once, but for two performances, at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

The beloved star has built a dazzling career across six decades of film, television and theater, most recently stealing scenes as the Wizard of Oz in the global smash Wicked alongside Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. But music has always been his other great love: Goldblum launched the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra thirty years ago, and the band has been delighting audiences around the world ever since with fresh, playful arrangements of classic jazz and Great American Songbook standards.

The band has released four albums, with superstar guests including Gregory Porter, Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus and Fiona Apple. Their most recent record topped the UK’s Official Jazz & Blues Albums Chart, and a brand-new album is on the way featuring appearances by Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Charlie Puth and Scarlett Johansson — so Phoenix audiences may hear some of the newest music first.

The evening unfolds inside the Musical Instrument Museum, a nonprofit treasure in the heart of Phoenix, where every seat in the MIM Music Theater brings you close to the stage. Tickets are on sale now at mim.org. Mark the calendar: October 17 is going to swing.
