Grab your best costume — Nashville Zoo’s spookiest night for grown-ups is back! BOOze at the Zoo takes over the zoo on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., turning the grounds into a Halloween playground exclusively for guests 21 and older.
Stroll the trick-or-treat trail with unlimited BOOze samples from top-notch vendors, dance to a live DJ at the Monster Mash tent, and catch animal shows at 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. in the Ajax Turner Amphitheater. Food trucks will be on hand, the Scary-Go-Round carousel rides free all night, and the zoo will be decked out in festive scenery and lights.
The big moment arrives at 9:00 p.m. with the costume contest: the winner takes home a souvenir trophy plus a free Backstage Pass Tour for up to four people. (Note: no weapons allowed as part of costumes.)
Tickets: $80 general admission for guests 21+, with a portion of each ticket supporting the zoo’s conservation efforts; $45 designated driver tickets include a souvenir water bottle and a snack voucher. Zoo members save $5 per ticket through October 9. Entry begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Nashville Zoo, 3777 Nolensville Pike.
