Nashville Ballet Brings Back Its Beloved Día de los Muertos After a Sold-Out 2024 Run

Nashville is about to glow with color, music and memory. Nashville Ballet brings back its beloved production Día de los Muertos from October 28 through November 1, 2026, after a completely sold-out run in 2024.

Choreographed by Maria A. Konrad, this one-of-a-kind production draws inspiration from the paintings of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, weaving vivid Mexican tradition with contemporary dance. The result is a joyful celebration of family, life and the memories that connect us all — an event the whole family can share.

Back by popular demand, the production invites audiences on a vibrant journey that ignites the imagination across all ages, honoring the beloved Mexican holiday in a way only dance can.

Performances run October 28 through November 1, 2026. Tickets are available through Nashville Ballet and TPAC.
