Christmas Lights You Drive Through: Grant’s Farm Lights Up St. Louis Nov. 20-Jan. 3

St. Louis has a Christmas place where the lights come to you. Grant’s Farm Christmas Lights runs from November 20, 2026 through January 3, 2027 at Grant’s Farm, the 281-acre animal park in southwest St. Louis County built around the Bauernhof, the farmyard courtyard Adolphus Busch created in 1913 — and this year the entire celebration is a drive-thru.

From the comfort of your car — with the radio tuned to the farm’s own Christmas station — you roll through themed light displays, an illuminated Gingerbread Village, a towering Gingerbread Man, light tunnels and a live nativity. Santa and Mrs. Claus make virtual appearances along the route, and a virtual photo with Santa is included with admission, so the family souvenir is covered before you even park.

What makes the place special goes well beyond December. Grant’s Farm is the ancestral home of the Busch family and a St. Louis institution: more than 100 animal species, free-roaming deer in the Deer Park, and the famous Budweiser Clydesdales, whose stables stand on the grounds. Coming back for the lights is a way to see a beloved landmark dressed in its holiday best.

The route even ends sweetly — guests receive a complimentary treat as they leave. General-admission car passes for the 2026 season are listed at $50, with larger-vehicle passes available; the farm advises checking grantsfarm.com for the current schedule and tickets before you go, as popular December nights fill quickly.
