A Year of Dinosaurs for Less: HMNS Drops Its Visit Membership to $115

Here is a sweet deal for Houston-area science fans: the Houston Museum of Natural Science is now selling its Visit membership at a special fall price of $115, down from the regular $145, for a limited time this season.

The membership covers a full year of free general admission for two adults at both HMNS locations: the main museum in Hermann Park and HMNS at Sugar Land, whose landmark building in the photo above has been a favorite family destination for more than a decade. Members also receive free entry to the giant-screen dome theater in Sugar Land, a treat for anyone who loves films that wrap the stars, oceans and ancient worlds all around you.

Both campuses are packed with reasons to come back again and again: towering dinosaurs and glittering gems in Hermann Park, hands-on science and paleontology in Sugar Land, plus traveling exhibitions, planetarium shows and family programs throughout the year. With unlimited general admission, a quick afternoon visit becomes just as easy as a full museum day.

The museum has not published an end date for the $115 offer, so families thinking about joining — or renewing — will want to check the membership page soon and lock in a year of discovery at the lower price.
