Free Trick-or-Treating Returns to Klyde Warren Park With Toy Story 5 Under the Stars

One of Dallas’s favorite Halloween traditions is back: the sixth-annual free Trick-or-Treating in the Park takes over Klyde Warren Park on Saturday, October 24, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Hosted by the park’s Corporate Council, the evening invites families to dress up the whole crew – last year’s event drew more than 20,000 guests for games, family activities and loads of candy. Little ghosts and superheroes can fill their buckets at candy-collecting stops across the park and show off their looks in costume contests.

The night ends with classic comedy under the skyline: a nighttime showing of Toy Story 5, part of Movies in the Park. It is a full evening of Halloween fun in the heart of downtown, and admission is completely free.

Klyde Warren Park sits at 2012 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, bridging downtown and Uptown. Families are encouraged to arrive early, bring a candy bag and settle in on the lawn for the movie after the trick-or-treating wraps up.

Happy City News Dallas will keep sharing the happiest free family plans across the city all season long.
