Great Pumpkin-Carving Festival Lights Up Atlanta Botanical Garden on October 22

Halloween weekend arrives early in Atlanta! On October 22, from 5 to 9 pm, the Atlanta Botanical Garden hosts its Great Pumpkin-Carving Festival, a night where creatively carved pumpkins take center stage.

Families and friends can enjoy live music, festive entertainment, cocktails, and pure fall fun, then stroll through the Garden’s Scarecrows in the Garden display to admire larger-than-life autumn creations. It’s the perfect way to kick off Halloween weekend with a little Garden magic.

Tickets range from $10 to $65, with options for children ages 3-12, and a premium admission that includes a dedicated entry line, a complimentary cocktail or mocktail, a specialty food item, and a Garden keepsake. Advance purchase is recommended, and tickets are required for all guests.

The Pumpkin-Carving Festival is part of a packed fall season at the Garden: Scarecrows in the Garden runs through November 1, Fest-of-Ale continues through October 30, and the beloved Garden Lights, Holiday Nights returns from November through January.
