K-Era Fest brings the Korean Wave to Seattle October 24-25

Seattle is about to ride the Korean Wave! K-Era Fest, the Pacific Northwest’s first large-scale celebration of Korean culture, takes over the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on October 24 and 25, and it’s shaping up to be one of the fall’s most exciting weekends.

K-pop takes center stage: globally charting artist Taemin, of SHINee fame and a Coachella performer, headlines a concert at Climate Pledge Arena, and every concert ticket includes admission to the festival at Bell Harbor both days.

Beyond the music, the festival is a full-on feast for the senses. Food lovers can explore the K-Food District with Han River Ramen and a Soju Garden, plus appearances by celebrated chefs Austin Kang of Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars fame, Seohyung Cho, and food strategist Noh Hee-young. The K-Beauty Zone brings iconic makeup artist Jung Saem Mool and skincare wisdom from the Korean Dermatological Association, while Seattle-raised global fashion model Irene Kim headlines the fashion lineup.

With tickets starting at just $9, it’s an easy weekend plan for families, foodies, and K-culture fans alike. K-Era Fest was created by OCAAT to build bridges between Korean culture, the Korean-American community, and curious newcomers — and everyone’s invited to join the celebration.
