The Witte Museum only turns 100 once — and San Antonio is invited to the biggest birthday bash in Texas. On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the beloved museum at 3801 Broadway celebrates a full century of nature, science and culture with Party of the Century, a day packed with live music, hands-on activities, animal encounters, interactive art, face painting, local vendors and delicious food.
The daytime celebration runs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and admission is just $11, with experiences spread throughout the museum exploring 100 years of wonder. Families can enjoy birthday surprises around every corner as the Witte shows off what it does best.
When the sun goes down, the party keeps going. Party of the Century: After Hours (6:00–10:00 p.m., 21+) brings live performances by SAINT MOTEL and DJ CatWalk, dancing under the stars, great food and drinks, and unexpected museum experiences — a night 100 years in the making. Tickets are $50.
