Desert Botanical Garden Unveils ‘Super Bloom,’ a Dazzling Immersive Art Experience

Phoenix is about to bloom in the most spectacular way! Desert Botanical Garden opens Super Bloom by Graphic Rewilding on October 9, 2026 — an immersive art exhibition that transforms the Garden into a wonderland of giant flowers and radiant color.

Twenty-one installations are scattered across the Garden’s trails, including walk-through colored-glass houses wrapped in larger-than-life botanical illustrations of desert plants. By day, visitors will stroll beneath towering blossoms celebrating desert flowers and pollinators on a monumental scale. After dark, the same installations glow with vivid light, color and shadow, creating an entirely different magical experience.

Super Bloom launches the Garden’s most exciting fall season ever, packed with festivals, live music and weekly traditions. Highlights include the Great Fall Kickoff Festival (Oct. 9–18), Fall Butterflies (Sept. 26–Nov. 22), Music in the Garden on Fridays, the Día de Muertos Festival (Nov. 6–9) and the beloved Chiles & Chocolate Festival (Nov. 13–15). There will even be Dogs Nights, Taco Tuesdays and Sunset Socials — something different nearly every day.

The exhibition runs through May 31 and invites visitors of all ages to rediscover the beauty of the Sonoran Desert with fresh eyes. Tickets are available at dbg.org.
