Ghosts, goblins and ghouls are heading to the zoo! The fan-favorite Zoo Boo Bash returns to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens with not just one, but three weekends of family-friendly Halloween fun: October 17-18, October 24-25 and October 31, 2026.
Presented by Orlando Health Children’s, this not-so-scary celebration runs daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last admission at 4 p.m.) and is packed with activities for little ones: treat stations, fall festival games, the DJ Darren dance party, character meet & greets with favorites like Spider-Man, Captain America and Black Widow, and a pumpkin decorating contest.
Costumes are encouraged for all guests, and the whole zoo will be decked out in festive decorations, with special animal enrichment to watch. All activities are included with regular zoo admission, so families can trick-or-treat while enjoying a full day with the animals.
Zoo Boo Bash takes place at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, 3755 W. Seminole Blvd., Sanford, FL 32771. Annual passholder admission to the event is an additional $5 per person named on the card.
