Music City is getting a direct line to the City of Light! Air France has announced it will launch nonstop flights between Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Paris-Charles de Gaulle starting May 14, 2027 — the first-ever nonstop connection between Nashville and continental Europe.
The new route will operate three times a week — Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays — aboard the modern Airbus A350-900. Afternoon departures from Paris arrive in Nashville at 4:40 p.m., while evening returns land in Paris the next morning. In a sweet tribute to the Queen of Country, the outbound flight will carry the number AF046 — a nod to 1946, the year Dolly Parton was born.
The announcement is a milestone for BNA: travel between Nashville and Europe jumped more than 22% last year, and Paris already ranks among Nashville’s top European destinations. The airport is planning a joint press conference with state and local leaders to celebrate the news, and tickets go on sale October 14, 2026.
With this addition, Air France will serve 20 U.S. destinations — but for Music City, this one is personal: Nashville takes its place on the map of the world’s most romantic city.
