Fall evenings in Nashville have a new glow. Cheekwood Estate & Gardens is hosting Harvest NIGHTS on Thursday evenings through October 29, from 5 to 9 PM, turning the gardens into a luminous autumn wonderland for the whole family.
Each night features live music from 6 to 8 PM, food trucks from 5 to 8, specialty cocktails, cornhole and other garden games on the Arboretum Lawn, pumpkin-carving demonstrations, and an “Ask a Gardener” table where Cheekwood horticulturists share fall gardening tips (plus a take-home seed mix). The glowing centerpiece is the Jack-o’-Lantern Topiary, built from dozens of hand-carved faux jack-o’-lanterns.
The season wraps up in style on October 29 with the “Bootanical Bash,” a Halloween-season finale with music by local favorites 50 Shades of Hay. Timed-entry tickets are required and recommended in advance — this is one of the prettiest nights of the year in Music City.
