Live music belongs to everyone — and in Los Angeles, that idea just got a beautiful new stage. The LA Phil has announced that it is expanding its first-of-its-kind accessibility program to the Hollywood Bowl for the 2027 season, offering $10 tickets to LA County residents who hold an active Medi-Cal or EBT card.
The groundbreaking program made its debut to great success at The Ford during the 2026 season, and now it is heading to one of the largest outdoor amphitheaters in the world. For every LA Phil-presented Hollywood Bowl performance in 2027, at least 100 tickets will be set aside at the $10 price, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Details on how to request them will be shared closer to the season.
The initiative is a partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation, and it joins an already impressive commitment to access: the LA Phil makes more than 50,000 tickets available for just $1 each year, plus tens of thousands of complimentary tickets for community groups, teens, seniors and Title I schools.
Live music belongs to everyone. A summer night at the Bowl — the Phil’s beloved home since 1922 — is about to become a memory thousands of local families can afford to make.
