‘Frozen in Concert’ Brings Arendelle to Orchestra Hall, December 19–20

Let it go — live. The Detroit Symphony Orchestra presents Frozen in Concert on December 19 and 20, 2026, performing the score of Disney’s winter phenomenon live while the film plays at Orchestra Hall.

Between Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez’s songs and Christophe Beck’s shimmering score, Frozen was practically built for the film-in-concert treatment. Expect plenty of small Elsas and Annas in the audience — costumes enthusiastically welcomed — and a hall full of families making a holiday memory.

Performances are at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center, 3711 Woodward Avenue. Check dso.org for showtimes and tickets — December family concerts move fast.
