This Saturday, October 10, the world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre swaps guitars for gym mats one last time this season! The SnowShape Fitness Series, presented by Toyota, wraps up its 2026 run with the Agility session — an outdoor morning workout in one of the most breathtaking open-air gyms on the planet.
SnowShape is Red Rocks’ beloved pre-season training series, created with expert guidance from Denver Parks & Recreation to build strength, stamina and confidence for the colder months ahead. Every session blends strength, endurance and stability, and instructors demonstrate three intensity levels for every exercise, so everyone — from beginners to seasoned athletes — can find their perfect pace among the red sandstone.
This final session is all about Agility: balance, coordination and footwork drills that keep you moving safely in everyday life. Doors open at 7 AM and the workout starts at 8 AM. Tickets are just $11.50 for a single session ($44.50 for a 4-pack) and are available online only — there are no drop-in sales at the door. Bonus perk: each 4-pack comes with a free lift ticket to Loveland Ski Area, while supplies last.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is owned and operated by the City and County of Denver, and there is truly no place that elevates your workout — or your view — quite like it. See you on the stairs Saturday morning!
