Autumn is one of the most beautiful times to be in Denver, and VISIT DENVER’s official fall roundup is packed with reasons to get out and celebrate the season across the Mile High City.
Soccer fans can join Premier League Mornings Live, a free fan festival on October 10–11 at Denver Union Station (advance registration required). Beer lovers have the Great American Beer Festival, also October 10–11, making its debut at a brand-new outdoor home — Levitt Pavilion in Ruby Hill — with hundreds of breweries, live music and chef-led beer-and-food pairings.
October 10 is also Heritage Harvest day at Larimer Square, with pumpkins, fall photo ops and live bluegrass, plus the inaugural Blue Book Festival, bringing authors together for free readings and signings. Film lovers get the 49th annual Denver Film Festival (October 22–November 1), one of the nation’s oldest film festivals.
The season wraps up beautifully with Denver Arts Week, kicking off November 6 with expanded First Friday Art Walks, and Free Night at the Museums on November 7, when many of Denver’s top cultural institutions open their doors for free.
