Dallas families looking for a midweek adventure full of curiosity have a perfect date on the calendar. The Perot Museum of Nature and Science will host its PepsiCo Day of Caring on Thursday, October 22, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., filling the museum with free, hands-on activities for visitors of all ages.
Throughout the exhibit halls, guests will find interactive experiences designed to spark questions and invite experimentation. The program includes engineering challenges, sports-inspired science and tasty explorations of how snacks are made, with takeaways along the way. It is the kind of morning where children and adults can build, test, taste and discover together as they move from hall to hall.
Best of all, all of the Day of Caring activities are included with general admission, so a regular visit becomes a special celebration of science in action. The Perot Museum, at 2201 N. Field Street in Victory Park, is known for its five floors of hands-on halls, from dinosaurs and gems to engineering and the human body, making it an ideal setting for a day built around curiosity.
Happy City News recommends arriving early to enjoy the full program before it wraps up at 1:30 p.m. Plan your visit and check admission details at perotmuseum.org.
