PORTLAND, Oregon — Portland’s beloved Indigenous marketplace returns to the Lloyd Center this holiday season, bringing a joyful weekend of Native art, food, and community to the heart of the city on Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29, 2026, with more market days following on December 12, 13, 19, and 20.
Organized by the Portland Indigenous Marketplace (PIM), a Native-led nonprofit, the market fills the Lloyd Center — 2201 Lloyd Center, by the ice rink on Level 1 — with Indigenous and Black Indigenous artists and entrepreneurs sharing beadwork, jewelry, prints, textiles, food, and gifts you simply won’t find anywhere else. Every purchase supports Native artists directly, along with their families and the wider community.
The event is completely free, family-friendly, and barrier-free, and this year’s market reaches a milestone worth celebrating: all vendor fees have been removed, so artists keep more of what they earn. The marketplace runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday — plenty of time to browse, meet the makers, and pick up meaningful holiday gifts.
Getting there is easy: the Lloyd Center sits right on TriMet MAX and bus lines, and free parking is available for anyone who drives. Visitors are encouraged to come hungry, bring friends, and make a day of it in one of Portland’s most welcoming indoor spaces.
Portland Indigenous Marketplace has been growing this community gathering for years, and the holiday edition at the Lloyd Center has become a happy seasonal tradition. Mark your calendar for November 28–29 — and if you can’t make opening weekend, the December dates offer more chances to shop, celebrate, and support Indigenous artists in Portland.
