The Bay Area’s most spooktacular all-ages Halloween party is back! On Saturday, October 24, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park hosts SuperNatural, its beloved annual family-friendly Halloween celebration. Guests of all ages are invited to bring their costumes and their curiosity to a night packed with live animals, spine-tingling scientific specimens, and playful surprises.
The fun includes trick-or-treating, a silent disco under the aquarium, face painting, games, and an exclusive lounge just for middle schoolers. VIP guests get in early starting at 5 p.m. Presenting sponsor Zenni Optical will be on-site promoting healthy vision and providing free vision screenings for kids — children who get screened also receive a free pair of EyeQLenz glasses.
General admission tickets start at $45, with discounts for Academy members. The Academy, located at 55 Music Concourse Drive in San Francisco, is home to a world-class aquarium, planetarium, and natural history museum all under one living roof. See the SuperNatural page on calacademy.org for details and tickets.
