Columbus doesn’t wait for Broadway to come to it on video — it books the real thing. Broadway in Columbus, presented by CAPA in partnership with the Broadway Across America network, fills the Ohio Theatre and Palace Theatre each season with the biggest national tours direct from New York.
The 2026-27 lineup brings the season’s headline musicals and returning favorites to the two great downtown palaces — productions that play Columbus on the same tours that hit Chicago and Cleveland, with subscription audiences that sell the houses out year after year.
The pairing is perfect: century-old movie palaces with modern stagecraft, and a downtown that dinners-up before every curtain.
New York premieres them. Columbus gives them a palace — two, actually.
