Fall is in full bloom at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and the Children’s Garden is the place to be on weekend mornings! The Garden’s Fall Family Fun series invites youngsters of all ages to celebrate the season with hands-on activities, creative play, and plenty of autumn cheer.
Every Saturday and Sunday through November 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, little visitors can dive into festive fun: mold your own creations with Pumpkin Play-Doh, roll into laughter with Pumpkin Bowling, and decorate keepsakes with Pumpkin Rock Painting. It is the perfect way to spend a crisp October morning surrounded by 30 acres of stunning fall displays — including the beloved Scarecrows in the Garden exhibition, also on view through November 1.
Best of all, Fall Family Fun is free with Garden admission, so the whole family can make a day of it: stroll the colorful gardens, explore the Conservatory, and let the kids burn off energy in the Children’s Garden. Mark your calendar for a joyful weekend outing in the heart of Midtown!
Fall Family Fun runs Saturdays and Sundays, October 3 through November 1, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1345 Piedmont Ave NE. Find details and plan your visit at atlantabg.org.
