Boo at the Zoo Returns to Nashville: 17 Nights of Halloween Magic, Oct. 16 – Nov. 1

Nashville’s favorite family Halloween tradition is back! Boo at the Zoo returns to the Nashville Zoo from October 16 through November 1, transforming the Zoo into a spooktacular wonderland every night from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.

Little ghosts and goblins ages 2 to 12 can collect treats at 10 trick-or-treat stations along the trail, with a souvenir bag included. Along the way, families will discover glowing scenes and plenty of photo opportunities, meet costumed characters, and enjoy special animal shows every night at 5:45, 6:45 and 7:45 pm.

The fun keeps going with the Fall Fun Zone, Carn-Evil Carnival Games, Storytime with the Old Oakley Tree, and free rides on the Scary-Go-Round Carousel. Families can also take in the views from the 45-foot Ferris wheel and refuel at the Beastly Feast Food Fest with specialty treats available for purchase.

The celebration closes in beautiful style: on Sunday, November 1, the Zoo celebrates Día de los Muertos with special themed entertainment, activities, food and meaningful ways to honor loved ones.

Tickets are $19 Monday through Thursday and $23 Friday through Sunday for guests ages 2 and older; children under 2 are free and members save $3 per ticket. Parking is $10 (free for members), and advance purchase is required since space is limited. This is a rain-or-shine event, so grab your costumes and make it a night to remember!
