A landmark exhibition has arrived in Kansas City. “The Berlin Wall. A World Divided.” is now open at Union Station Kansas City — its North American premiere, and a rare opportunity to experience 45 years of Cold War history through extraordinary original artifacts.
Produced by Musealia in collaboration with the Berlin Wall Foundation, the exhibition brings together more than 40 lenders from 20 international institutions. Visitors walk through four galleries — “A World Divided,” “Before the Wall,” “Division and Living with the Wall,” and “Global Transformation and the End of the Cold War” — featuring 200 original objects on public display in North America for the first time.
A free audio guide is available in English, Spanish, and French, making this a perfect outing for the whole family — and a meaningful one, too.
