Beyond mixing three seasonal cocktails with rotating recipes, the curriculum covers essential bar skills, the eternal art of shaking versus stirring, and the history behind the classics you are drinking. Enrollment includes the class, all three cocktails and a cheese board — tuition has never been this enjoyable.
