Denver’s dining scene keeps shining on the world stage. This September, the MICHELIN Guide unveiled its fourth Colorado selection, honoring 37 restaurants across the Mile High City for their culinary excellence. The famous anonymous inspectors praised a vibrant, diverse mix of kitchens that show why Denver’s table keeps getting better every year.
Seven Denver restaurants earned their first MICHELIN recognition this year: Milpero, Heretik, Pig and Tiger, Rougarou, Dear Emilia, Florence Supper Club, and Madeline. They join a growing family of honored spots, from MICHELIN Star kitchens to Bib Gourmand favorites that deliver remarkable quality at friendly prices, plus Recommended restaurants serving standout meals made with fresh ingredients.
Richard W. Scharf, president and CEO of Visit Denver, celebrated the milestone: earning any MICHELIN distinction reflects a restaurant’s commitment to the highest hospitality standards. He thanked the owners, chefs, and teams who chose Denver to build their dreams and share the city’s thoughtful, one-of-a-kind approach to dining with visitors from around the globe.
From creative tasting menus to cozy neighborhood gems, Denver now stands proudly among more than 60 MICHELIN destinations worldwide. Whether you’re a local food lover or planning your next trip, the Mile High City is tastier than ever. Come hungry!
