For four decades, Dallas Children’s Theater has been where Dallas kids fall in love with live performance. From its stage at the Rosewood Center for Family Arts, the company brings beloved storybooks to life with professional actors, colorful sets and plenty of audience giggles.
Each season mixes classics, musicals and sensory-friendly performances designed so that every child — including those who need a calmer house, lower volume and freedom to move — can enjoy the magic of theater.
With weekday field trips, weekend family shows and theater academy classes, DCT is a cornerstone of family life in Dallas: proof that a child’s first play can spark a lifetime of imagination.
