When the days shrink, Franklin Park Conservatory lights the way: Conservatory Aglow returns November 21, 2026 through January 3, 2027, wrapping the biomes, gardens and the grand Palm House in thousands of lights, a musical light show and the city’s beloved decorated botanical displays (tickets go on sale October 26).
Families wander glowing garden paths, warm up among the tropical biomes, visit the Gingerbread Competition entries (on display December 2–31) and catch Holiday Blooms’ poinsettia splendor indoors — a two-for-one of light and flowers no other Columbus venue can match.
Evenings sell briskly in December; book ahead and arrive for the first sparkle at dusk.
It’s the Conservatory’s gift to winter: summer’s garden, wearing Christmas lights.
