Face to Face With a T. Rex: COSI’s Dinosaur Gallery

The first thing you see is the teeth. COSI’s Dinosaur Gallery, created in partnership with the American Museum of Natural History, surrounds visitors with full-scale giants — a towering Tyrannosaurus rex cast, a horned Triceratops, and the fossils and dig sites that teach how we know what we know.

The gallery walks through the Age of Reptiles with Ohio pride: the state’s own prehistoric seas and Ice Age megafauna get their due alongside the marquee dinosaurs, and interactive stations let young paleontologists test theories about extinction, feathers and fossil formation.

It’s included with general admission, making it the highest-value roar in Ohio.

Some museums ask you to imagine the ancient world. COSI puts you inside it, eye-to-eye with its king.
