The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston is handing the spotlight to the city’s young creatives. On Friday, October 30, from 6 to 9 PM, the museum hosts Fall Teen Night and Fashion Show, an evening organized by teens, for teens, packed with art-making activities, live performances, a dance party, free snacks and giveaways.
The highlight of the night is a runway fashion show put together by the ICA Teen Exhibitions Program in collaboration with Boston Caribbean Fashion Week. Designers ages 14 to 24 are invited to showcase their original looks on the runway, with applications open through October 9. The first 50 guests through the door will receive a special surprise.
Admission is free and the event is open to all teens. For questions or accessibility assistance, the ICA’s teen programs team can be reached at [email protected] or (339) 236-3039.
