St. Louis, get ready to deck the halls. One of the Missouri Botanical Garden’s favorite holiday traditions returns on Monday, November 9, when the 2026 Holiday Wreath Display makes its debut inside the Jack C. Taylor Visitor Center.
Each year the Garden’s Members’ Board enlists ten of the area’s finest florists to create stunning holiday wreaths, and this season’s collection promises designs that range from classic evergreen elegance to playful, whimsical creations. Every wreath on the wall is also up for grabs: a silent auction kicks off on November 10 and runs through January 2, with proceeds benefiting the Henry Shaw Fund, which supports the Garden’s work.
The display is easy to fold into a full holiday outing at the Garden. It is on view in the visitor center during the same season that brings the Holiday Flower and Train Show and the twinkling trails of Garden Glow, so visitors can admire the wreaths by day and return for the lights by night.
Whether you leave with a winning bid or just a camera roll full of decorating ideas, the wreath display is a cheerful reminder that in St. Louis, even the holiday decorations grow at the Garden.
