Save the appetite: the Florida State Fair returns to the Tampa fairgrounds in February 2027 — twelve days (traditionally the first two full weeks of the month) of everything that makes the Sunshine State delicious, agricultural and delightfully over the top.
The fair remains Florida’s official showcase: livestock barns and 4-H champions, the living-history Cracker Country village, hundreds of food vendors inventing this year’s fried sensation, midway rides after dark, and headline concerts and shows included with admission.
