Under its landmark white arches at Seattle Center, Pacific Science Center is a hands-on universe for families: dinosaurs that move, a planetarium, laser shows, IMAX films and science exhibits kids can touch, spin and splash.
The Tropical Butterfly House is the warm heart of the visit — a glass greenhouse where hundreds of butterflies drift among orchids while children hunt for the brightest wings. Outside in winter, the arches light up the night sky over the courtyard.
With rotating exhibitions and family science weekends, PacSci rewards repeat visits: it is the rare museum where ‘just one more experiment’ can happily fill a whole day.
