The Museum of Fright Brings Family Halloween Fun to The Museum of Flight

Halloween is about to get a whole lot more fun in Seattle: The Museum of Flight presents “The Museum of Fright”, a family-friendly Halloween extravaganza on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The day is packed with spooky-good fun across the museum’s galleries: games and themed activities, crafts, face-painting and a mad science show, all set to live music from the 8-Bit Brass Band. Costumes are encouraged, so the little ghosts, astronauts and superheroes can join in the spirit of the day.

Here’s the sweetest treat: admission is FREE for visitors 17 and under who arrive in costume. All activities are included with general admission and are always free for museum members.

It’s a perfect way to celebrate the season among real aircraft and space artifacts at one of Seattle’s most beloved museums. Grab your costume and your crew, and prepare for a Halloween the kids will never forget.
