Fall is one of the most joyful seasons in Orlando, and this year the city is celebrating it bigger than ever. From pumpkin picking and corn mazes to free festivals in the parks, the fall lineup has something for every kind of traveler and every member of the family.
One of the season’s happiest traditions is the Fall Fiesta in the Park at Lake Eola Park, where hundreds of artists and crafters fill the lakeside with color, music, and good energy. Nearby, the Winter Park Autumn Art Festival turns the charming streets of Winter Park into an open-air gallery celebrating Florida artists.
Food lovers have a date on October 24: the 21st annual Central Florida Veg Fest returns to Orlando Festival Park as a completely free event, with more than 200 vendors, cooking demonstrations, live acoustic music, an artist market, and a dedicated kids zone. It is one of the largest and longest-running vegan festivals in the country, and it welcomes everyone from committed vegans to the simply curious.
The season also shines with vibrant cultural celebrations, including Come Out With Pride Orlando, Fiesta Calle Orange, and FusionFest, alongside family-friendly fall festivals and sports action with the Orlando Magic, Orlando City SC, and Orlando Pride. And it all runs parallel to Orlando’s record 94-day Halloween season, adding a touch of spooky magic to every visit.
