Nashville’s most artful Halloween party is back! On October 30, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., the Frist Art Museum transforms into a spooky-chic celebration where the strange becomes spectacular and the beautifully bizarre takes center stage.
Rumor has it the ghosts of the Frist’s historic building are ready to party, and guests are invited to join them after dark — if they dare! The evening packs in gasp-inducing contortionists, a fire-breathing performer, and even a charmingly bearded dragon, plus hauntingly mesmerizing performances on a self-playing grand piano.
There is plenty to explore: roam the galleries on a scavenger hunt, unleash your creativity in Martin ArtQuest by making a masterpiece of your own, and show off your best look in the costume contest. The first-place winner takes home a one-night hotel stay and a dinner for two.
Early-bird tickets are on sale through October 18 — $30 general admission and $15 for members — then $40 and $25 starting October 19. Advance tickets are required, and rideshare is encouraged since on-site parking is limited. Costumes are welcome (toy weapons and masks must stay home).
